Adoption/Fostering:

PPR is ALWAYS in need of foster homes, and has an ever-changing group of adoptable dogs and cats, puppies and kittens - please check in frequently to see if your forever friend or a pet in need of foster is waiting for you!​ If you are interested in fostering and/or adopting a PPR pet, please fill out the appropriate application.

 

 

Adoption:  After receiving your application, we will screen your information and call your veterinary/personal references. There will then be an introduction and home visit to determine if the pet is a good fit for you. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, medical status, etc.

Fostering: When filling out your foster application, please be sure to include the type of pet you are able to accommodate (i.e. dog/cat, age preference, any breed/size preference, etc.). Fostering costs you nothing - we provide food, bedding, medical care, and anything else the pet may need until adopted.

*Depending on type of pet, fostering can last anywhere from a week to a year.

**When submitting an application, please bear in mind that a select group of staff/volunteers run PPR in addition to working full-time, so it may take some time to get a response. Please be patient!**
